HelmChair is an online store selling handcrafted, full-size NFL-inspired helmet chairs and related accessories. Contact: support@helmchair.store.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Each chair is made by hand, so grain, finish and small details may vary slightly from the photos. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or discontinue a design at any time.

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 12% off when you order 2 chairs and 22% off when you order 3 or more.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with automatic bundle discounts unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Any import duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors or unavailability, and will refund any amount already charged.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Every chair is produced to order. Orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase and delivery normally takes 10 to 15 days after dispatch. Shipping is on us. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We warrant our chairs against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, modifications, outdoor exposure or damage from exceeding the stated weight limit. Chairs are intended for indoor use as seating for adults and supervised older children only — never stand on the chair or use it as a step.

All content on this site — text, photos, videos, logos and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Team names, colours and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners; our products are fan-made tributes and are not official league merchandise unless explicitly stated.

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our store and marketing channels. Do not submit unlawful, offensive or misleading content; we may remove any submission at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, strikes or supply shortages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
